Dobby is Mel's Assistance Dog.  If you see Dobby in the clinic, please be aware he is working and as tempting as it is, please do not pet him.

Jodi is a Level 1 Registered Counsellor who is passionate about supporting and advocating for the LGBTQIA+ community. She especially enjoys working alongside adolescents and young adults in exploring their identity, strengths, relationships and navigating their way in the world. Being the parent of a transgender daughter and an autistic son, Jodi also supports the parents of gender diverse and neurodivergent children. In addition, she has several years’ experience working with complex mental health needs as a support worker and youth mentor.

Working from a person-centred, strengths-based approach, she believes the client-counsellor relationship is key to good therapeutic outcomes. Jodi has a great love of animals (all kinds!), enjoys music, playing board/card games and role-playing games with her family, dancing, spending time in nature, and reading.
